Omiviv Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 10th, 2025

At Omiviv, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in like-new condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Products that show excessive wear, damage from misuse, or alterations may not be eligible for return.

For health and safety reasons, certain products may not be returnable if opened or used. These may include:

Face masks, shields, or wearable devices that come into direct contact with skin (unless defective).
Clearance or final sale items.

Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process after the return is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly exchange it at no additional cost.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Omiviv is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Some Omiviv products may come with a limited warranty. Please refer to the product manual or our warranty page for details.
